WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN **BOOKING** AND **PRE-BOOKING**?
For regions like Australia, the UK, and others where Starlink is already available, we charge $10 as the booking amount. This includes a phone call or a site visit by our certified installers, who will assess the property and provide a custom installation quote based on challenges and additional hardware requirements. The $10 will be adjusted into the final quote.

For regions like Anguilla, Saba, and India, where Starlink is coming soon, you can pre-book for $5. Once Starlink launches, this amount will be adjusted into the final installation cost.

CAN I GET A REFUND IF I CHANGE MY MIND OR STARLINK DOESN’T LAUNCH IN MY AREA?
Yes, refunds are available under these conditions:
If Starlink doesn’t launch in your region or capacity fills up, we will refund your $5 pre-booking fee, minus payment gateway charges (3% + $0.30).
 Refunds are available before the site visit, subject to the deduction of payment gateway charges.

DO I NEED ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT FOR STARLINK INSTALLATION?
Depending on your property, extra equipment like longer cables, Ethernet adapters, or specialized mounts may be required. Our certified installers will recommend and provide these during the site visit.

HOW MUCH DOES STARLINK COST AFTER INSTALLATION?
Starlink’s monthly subscription fees vary by region and are billed directly by Starlink. Our booking and pre-booking fees cover only the service facilitation and installation.
