  • Booking Amount:
    We refund the booking amount minus our payment gateway charges, which are 3% of the total amount plus $0.30 USD per transaction.
  • Installer Payments:
    If you have paid any money directly to a local installer, the refund of such amounts is solely at the discretion of the local installer. Any transaction between you and the installer is independent of Starlinks.services.
  • Cancellations by Starlink:
    If Starlink cancels your order, we will refund your booking amount in full (minus applicable payment gateway charges).

2. When to Request a Refund

  • You can request a refund of your booking amount anytime before a certified satellite installer visits your home for installation.

3. Starlinks.services Role

  • We act solely as a booking platform connecting you to certified installers registered with us. We are not responsible for any additional transactions or agreements made directly with local installers.

4. How to Request a Refund
